Wendy and Phillip Nisbet, along with their German Shepherd Hector, took over The Punchbowl in November 2000. They look forward to welcoming you to their warm and pleasant traditional inn.
Situated in an ideal location for walks in the countryside, the Punchbowl Inn is located a short distance from the Surrey Hills. Within the rolling countryside lies Leith Hill which, at its summit is the highest point in Surrey. The tower that peaks at the top of this hill boasts beautiful panoramic views overlooking the neighbouring towns and villages.
On top of this, there is also an abundance of picturesque cycle routes around the Punchbowl Inn. All of these vary significantly in length and difficulty, the team at the Punchbowl Inn would be happy to point you in the direction of the cycle route that would suit you the most.
Our Food
Our menu is brimming with delicious dishes which are freshly produced in our kitchen. Where possible we source all our produce locally. Our fresh fish comes from Newhaven, the prime cuts of meat are sourced in Godalming and the crusty bread is baked in the local village. click here
